We design our programs based on the necessity of equipping individuals with scientific methods and techniques to reveal their existing potential and to transform this potential into the most efficient performance cognitively, emotionally, socially and academically.

In the principle of lifelong learning, we plan and implement programs specific to the individual such as cognitive processes (attention, language, memory, focus, reasoning skills), academic skills (fluent reading, fast reading with understanding, strategic reading programs), social emotional monitoring (temperament studies) and fingerprinting in academic / career processes (occupational inventory).

HOW SHOULD I EXPLAIN THE EVALUATION PROCESS TO MY CHILD?

How does the face-to-face evaluation process proceed?

  1. Initial Contact and Making an Appointment:
    • Our client is informed on the phone and an appointment is made by our academy advisor.
  2. Welcome on the Appointment Day:
    • When the client comes to our academy with their family or alone, they are welcomed by our advisors.
    • The client is informed about what will be done at the academy and then they are given a tour of the academy.
  3. Interview and Assessment:
    • If the client comes with their family, while their family is resting in the garden or lobby, the client meets with Dr. Akın. In this meeting, how the work to be done will strengthen the client’s potential and the benefits of the necessary scientific assessment are explained.
    • The client meets with their specialist and the assessment takes approximately 45 minutes.
  4. Evaluation of the Results:
    • After the assessment, while the client is resting in the garden or lobby, the specialist and Dr. Akın review the assessment results.
    • After approximately 15 minutes, the results of the assessment are conveyed to the client’s family by the academy coordinator.
  5. Sharing the Results and Intervention Program:
    • The academy coordinator makes the necessary explanations to the client.
    • Finally, the client and family attend a detailed meeting with Dr. Akın. In this meeting, the intervention program the client needs is determined.
    • The family is informed about the program to be implemented and the client and family are sent off from our academy.

Total Time:

The initial assessment process takes approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.

How Does the Online Evaluation Process Work?

  1. Initial Contact and Appointment Creation:
    • Our consultant is informed by phone or online platform and an online appointment is created by our consultant.
  1. Welcoming on Appointment Day:
    • On the specified appointment day and time, the client and their family are welcomed by our consultant on the online meeting platform (Zoom etc.).
    • The client is informed about what will be done at the academy in the online environment.
  1. Interview and Evaluation:
    • The client has a one-on-one meeting with the expert. In this meeting, how the studies to be done will strengthen the client’s potential and the benefits of the necessary scientific evaluation are explained.
    • After the client meets with the expert in the online environment, the evaluation takes approximately 45 minutes.
  1. Evaluation of Results:
    • After the evaluation, the expert and Dr. Akın review the evaluation results.
    • The results of the evaluation are conveyed to the client or their family (depending on age) by the academy coordinator in the online environment.
  1. Sharing of Results and Intervention Program:
    • Finally, the client and their family meet with Dr. Participates in a detailed online interview with Akın. In this interview, the intervention program needed by the client is determined.
    • The family is informed about the program to be implemented and the online assessment process is completed.

Total Time:

  • The initial online assessment process takes approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.
